OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU:

Our commitment to you is excellent and professional service from the moment you begin your healthcare journey with us. We respect your rights and we do not discriminate based on beliefs, sexual or affection orientation, gender, ethnicity, age, or health status. Our team works to stay up to date on growing and changing terminology to best respect those patients rights. If you have any complaints, please see administration or talk to your healthcare provider.

YOUR COMMITMENT TO US:

The journey through recovery is not one sided. Recovery includes creating goals and working with your healthcare team to achieve them. Please read through our policies carefully to ensure we understand each other and help us to communicate with you to achieve your goals.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment will be charged for your missed appointment in the full amount.

Please be aware that the costs for your treatment are incurred once you have arrived for your scheduled appointment.

Patients who are covered through an outside source, such as an auto or work injury, are not exempt from the cancellation fee.

DIRECT BILLING POLICY:

We are happy to offer direct billing for a number of providers. It is the responsibility of our patients to be aware of their insurance policy and maximums, and to pay for outstanding balances in any given situation where the insurance does not go through. Insurance policies can only be submitted for after services are rendered.

ACCOUNTS & BILLING:

Payment is due when services are rendered.

We accept cash, cheque, e-transfer, debit, credit, and AMEX.

We require a valid credit card on each patient’s account to hold your appointment time and maintain our cancellation policy. We will only charge your credit card for missed appointments. We thank you for helping us make sure that our healthcare practitioner’s time and energy are respected.
